TopCopy Topped in Top of the Table Clash

Serving a penalty for a late arrival, TopCopy were awarded 3 goals going into the match. This gave them confidence as they started strong while EasyPlay seemed to be getting warmed up to the game.

With the first half finishing rather dull and uneventful, the second half flew rampant as EasyPlay put their foot on the gas. 6 goals flew by quickly, with Keanan Solomon at the very centre of all of his sides’ action. Providing 3 assists and bagging a goal of his own, he was in the thick of the action, demanding everything to outclass the opposition, and keeping the referee on edge with his zealous tackles when defending.

Although TopCopy were without their top goal-scorer, Keaton, they seemed to be a fraction of the team they usually are. lacking much enthusiasm going forward, their game was adapted to being defensive first, and hoping for breaks from which to counter attack. This dangerous approach evidently backfired as the tactically fluent players of EasyPlay dominated most of the possession, resulting in a 10-6 final score.
