ONE10SPORT is Cape Town’s go-to football academy for players between the ages of 8 and 13 years. Our European accredited coaches ensure that players are exposed to the highest standard of football coaching available in South Africa.
This is a massive draw card for players wanting to excel in the sport and pursue a professional career in football, but also a fantastic opportunity for players who have not yet been exposed to any coaching. In fact, it is often these players who develop the greatest potential to succeed.
All training sessions are designed according to Scottish FA best practice and focus on individual development. Cautious not to commit a player to a fixed position too early in their development, we cover all themes ranging from attacking play, possession and defensive strategy. These themes are coached to the individual and as a unit or team, achieving an ideal balance between team and individual training.
