ONE10SPORT coaches are all mentored according to Scottish FA and UEFA best practices, ensuring that our players receive the best quality coaching available for their skill development phase.

Academy Culture
ONE10SPORT Football Academy boasts a welcoming coaching team of qualified coaches, promoting an encouraging learning environment for all our players. Respect, humility and commitment are at the core of our values and you will no doubt feel the positive energy on your arrival at our facility in Claremont. Our players are taught to support each other from the onset and to welcome and assist new players to our ever-growing establishment.
Training Days and Times
- U3 & U4: Wednesday from 15:00 – 16:00
- U5 & U6: Wednesday from 16:00 – 17:00
- U7, U8, U9, U10: Wednesday & Friday from 16:00 – 17:30
- U11 & U12: Wednesday & Friday from 16:00 – 18:00
- U13 & U14: Tuesday & Thursday from 16:00 – 18:00
- U17 & U18: Monday 17:00 – 18:00 (Conditioning), Wednesday and Friday 16:00 – 18:00
- Seniors (19 years+): Monday from 18:00 – 19:00 (Conditioning), Tuesday and Thursday 18:00 – 20:00
Membership Fees
- Joining Fee: R350 once-off
- Termly Training Fee: R1860 (payable in 3 instalments of R620)
- Official Academy Kit: R640
- Our Academy Kit includes the following team apparel: Official Vecchio Academy Shirt, Shorts and Socks with the ONE10SPORT Emblem, Player’s name and Number.
- Please note: In the event of signing up after the term start date, we won’t charge for the sessions already missed.

Leagues and Competition
From U7 and older, all our teams play in the Cape Town Local Football Association League, which includes Academies and Clubs within and surrounding the Southern Suburbs in Cape Town. All teams will also compete in the Cape Town LFA Knock-out Cup. Our U18’s compete in two additional tournaments, namely the Engen Knock-Out Cup and the Coke Cup. Our senior men’s team will also compete in the Coke Cup.
Although our teams play competitive football and we love to win our games, we are a development Football Academy and our Youth Teams (U7 – U16) are focused purely on developing and improving our players’ abilities i.e. the Academy is not results based across these age groups.
From U17 and upwards, players enter our Performance Program, where our focus is on creating competitive athletes, who are self-motivated and who want to progress into professional football.
