UEFA Accredited and Mentored Coaches Leading all of our Players

All our coaches are UEFA Accredited and/or trained according to UEFA best practices. This means that each player’s time on the ball is maximised, players are put into decision-making situations regularly and the majority of the exercises end with a shot at goal.

Coaches avoid player “down-time” as much as possible and this is achieved through setting up the entire session from the start, so that the coach isn’t picking up and moving equipment, while players stand idle and waiting. Planning is key to delivering the perfect session and our coaching team meet regularly to discuss where each of our coaches can improve to best align their sessions with the objectives listed in the first paragraph.
