By clicking "I Agree" above, you (also referred to below as the applicant and/or participant) are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below:

1. Upon receipt of the applicant's Application Form, ONE10SPORT will confirm your enrolment via email with an Official Acceptance Letter. Following your acceptance, ONE10SPORT will process your invoice for the 35% deposit, which is due upfront and payable within 24 hours of the invoice date. Invoices are only valid for 24 hours due to exchange-rate fluctuations. The remaining balance (65%) is payable in two (2) instalments of 35% and 30% on the 25th day of October and November 2023 respectively. Invoices for the balance instalments will be processed on the 24th day of each month. Full payment (100%) must be received no later than 25 November 2023, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to and confirmed by ONE10SPORT in writing.

2. Whilst efforts are taken to minimise the risk involved in taking part in this course, this does not extend to providing an absolute guarantee to all participants, spectators and members of the public that accidents or injuries will not occur. Most sporting activities will always involve a certain level of risk, even when the risks have been identified and all responsible precautions have been implemented. The Scottish FA and ONE10SPORT do not hold personal insurance. Applicants hereby indemnify and hold ONE10SPORT and the Scottish FA, its agents, representatives and educators harmless against any claim or demand arising from the death of or injury to oneself, or any loss of or damage to property, of whatsoever nature and howsoever sustained, including consequential loss, arising from or occasioned by my participation in the course.

3. Participants will be added to the Scottish FA database and members list, confirming your attendance and badges/levels attained, should prospective clubs wish to verify your qualification. Accreditation will be issued in the following formats:

Scottish FA Level 1.1:

- Participants will receive a Scottish FA certificate acknowledging completion of the course.

Scottish FA Level 1.2:

- Participants will receive a Scottish FA certificate acknowledging completion of the course.

Scottish FA Level 1.3:

- Participants will receive a Scottish FA certificate acknowledging completion of the course.

Scottish FA C License:

- Successful participants will receive a Scottish FA certificate acknowledging completion of the course.

4. ONE10SPORT reserves the right to postpone or advance the course dates by up to 14 calendar days, at any point during the period leading up to the start date of the event. Participants are advised to make provision for these potential amendments. ONE10SPORT will keep all participants informed should there be any changes regarding the dates. Should the dates be postponed or advanced for a period of more than 14 days and the applicant is unable to attend as a result of these changes, the applicant is eligible to transfer to the next available course at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued.

5. ONE10SPORT reserves the right to increase the duration of the course by up to 7 calendar days. Participants are advised to make provision for these potential amendments. ONE10SPORT will keep all participants informed should there be any changes regarding the dates. Should the duration of the course be extended by more than 7 days and the applicant is unable to attend as a result of these changes, the applicant is eligible to transfer to the next available course at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued.

6. Intimation of cancellation on a course participant’s part must be given in writing and must be received by the Scottish FA and ONE10SPORT at least 60 calendar days prior to the Online Delivery start date. In this event a full refund of the course fee will be issued. No refund will be issued if cancellation is submitted within the 60 day period leading up to the start date of the Online Component, however the applicant is eligible to transfer to the next available course at no additional cost.

7. The Scottish FA and ONE10SPORT reserve the right to cancel the course. In this event, any course participant unable to transfer to an alternative course will be issued with a full refund of the relevant course fee.

8. The Practical Delivery dates are provisional and we advise applicants not to commit to booking any accommodation, flights, transport or any other booking costs associated with the practical course, until the dates have been confirmed in writing by ONE10SPORT. ONE10SPORT will not be held liable for any monies forfeited by applicants.

9. Should the applicant wish to further their coach education with the Scottish FA, all course bookings (including assessments) by the applicant must be booked through ONE10SPORT. ONE10SPORT and the Scottish FA reserve the right not to issue course accreditation if the above terms and conditions have been breached.

10. The validity of the coaching qualifications is limited in time to 4 years and for licenses to 3 years from the date of gaining the qualification. The course participant must participate in the CCD Programme or the CPD programme to keep their qualification valid.

11. Reassessments of all courses will only be permitted following a 4 month elapsed period from the previous assessment.

12. The Scottish FA and ONE10SPORT are strongly committed to equal opportunities for all course participants involved in their coach education programmes. It is the policy of the Scottish FA and ONE10SPORT to ensure that all course participants receive equal treatment regardless of age, gender, marital status, employment status, social class, colour, race, ethnic or national origin, religious belief or disability.

13. The Scottish FA will use your information to maintain and update course attendance records, and to run events/courses.

14. From time to time, photographs and video footage may be taken during events/courses for promotional purposes. By attending this course, the participants hereby agree for the Scottish FA and ONE10SPORT to use those images for the purposes specified.

15. Data Protection: The Scottish FA and ONE10SPORT may contact course participants with details of courses and services (including volunteering opportunities) which may be of interest. If you do not wish to be included in this activity, please indicate so in the section to follow.
